Since 1922 Nemi has held an annual festival of strawberries and wild strawberries.
Strawberries occupy a prominent place in Nemi economy and all the restaurants, cafes, bars and stalls offer them prepared in many different ways. In the shops there is no shortage of jams, syrups, ice cream and liqueurs.
During the days of the festival the village is festooned and you can attend pageants and local dances.
