Maenza. Feast of Saint Anthony and Blessing of the Animals

On the occasion of the feast of Saint Anthony, the patron saint of animals, churches in Maenza celebrate the traditional rite of the blessing of the pets.

In the squares in front of the churches the horses and other larger animals are blessed.
