In February, the village of Sacrofano meets on 2 February for the religious celebrations of Saint Blaise (San Biagio).
The celebration starts with a solemn mass and the procession of the statue of the saint through the streets of the village ends with the traditional blessing of the faithful's throat.
Every pilgrim receives two small candles arranged in the shape of a cross are presented, which the faithful wear as a necklace.
The festivities conclude with a performance by the marching band in the streets of the town and the inevitable fireworks show.
