Minturno. Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi

St Francis is the patron saint of Italy and Minturno is celebrated with a very heartfelt ceremony in the Church of San Francesco.

The church was built in the fourteenth century by the Caetani family, in which there is the fresco of the Madonna delle Grazie, the patron saint of the city.
