Every first Sunday after San Marco (April 25) in Gerano the oldest in Italy Flower Festival takes place.
It is probably related to the painting of Maria Santissima del Cuore (1727 Sebastiano Conca from Gaeta), arrived in the town in 1729 and was considered the source of miracles.
