    On 8 September, in Moricone there is a particular religious celebration, the Madonna del Passo procession from the Sanctuary to the Parish Church.

    During this process, the Moriconesi make up "nursery rhymes", decorations are made with the leaves of the local vegetation, which are then thrown over the statue of the Madonna.
