In January Sora relives and rediscovers the ancient traditions in the celebrations in honor of Saint Giuliano Martyr.
A day between the sacred and the profane where the relic of the saint is carried in procession from the church of Santa Restituta to the rock church dedicated to the saint, to then culminate in the place of martyrdom.
A forgotten and rediscovered rite thanks to a document of 1700 re-evoked by the inhabitants of Sora with passion and devotion.
After the religious celebrations it is possible to admire the local craftsmanship in the various stalls that will surround the ciociarian town and taste the typical delicacies in the many stands dedicated to Street Food.
