On March 8 of each year the ceremony of "Saint Cataldino" takes place in Supino with a procession of the ‘Holy Arm’ between the Santa Maria Maggiore church and the Sanctuary.
On 9 May each year, at 3:00 in the morning hours, there is the traditional nightly reminder to all Supinesi who slowly make their way to the Sanctuary and the statue of the saint is dressed in the sacred pastoral emblems, carried to the inside of his carriage and left in the middle of the church.
On May 10, after Mass, there is a solemn procession in which the statue is carried on shoulders by over 50 carriers, through some streets of the town to arrive in front of the small church of San Sebastiano and San Rocco.
