In Sant'Angelo Romano religious celebrations are combined with food and wine and the feast of the patron saints St Michael Archangel and Saint Liberata is celebrated at the end of May together with the Cerase festival.
Evening procession on Saturday evening led by the 'festaroli' who are elected every year among the devoted citizens and who are the organizers of the refreshments at the castle. The next day a new procession takes place along the streets of the village which ends with a lunch in the stands of the festival.
Every evening is enlivened by live music and dancing in the square and the festival of the famous cherries of Sant'Angelo Romano ends with the traditional fireworks.
