Cervara di Roma Truffle is an agri-food product typical of Lazio.
It grows spontaneously in the woods at an altitude of 700-800 meters and the search is done with truffle dogs.
The Cervara di Roma truffle has been harvested for over 25 years and is black in colour, with a lighter interior and a very fragrant mushroom flavour.
It is celebrated with a great festival in September in conjunction with the Festival of Artists.
