Felicita Back Home, the mastermind behind its visual branding

To innovate, we need a team of professionals who throw their hearts over the obstacle, so today we present Davide del Prete, creator of the branding of the Felicita Back Home project for the regeneration of Settefrati in Val di Comino.

Davide is an International Designer  born in Atina who graduated from the Ludovico Quaroni faculty of architecture of the Sapienza University of Rome. His training was also characterized by studies at the prestigious School of the Art of the Medal of the Polygraphic Institute and Mint of the State of Rome. Here he then worked for two years designing art objects, stamps and in particular the 2013 calendar medal .

Davide then decides to move to London to broaden his horizons and gain international experiences.

Today our emigration is made up of many talented young people who are unable to express their ideas in our country and go to the world in search of professional recognition.

Davide has chosen London, perhaps the capital of international design. The city where fashions are born that will then be copied to the rest of the world.

He started working as a Concept Designer at some of London's hottest creative agencies such as "I-Am Associates" and "Allen International"  developing ideas for coordinated image projects on various scales.

From the conception of the concept for commercial buildings to the design of the Brand up to the implementation of promotional marketing strategies. In particular, those related to the moment in which the project is carried out and must penetrate the lives of the people who reside in the place.

Let's say that there is a project on paper, in which the concept designer elaborates a creative idea and the architect studies the context to adapt the idea and bring it closer to realization, and a project in which this solution is proposed to users so that do it to them as soon as possible.

This second activity is on the border between design and communication, and is the moment in which a project is 'branded' to make it familiar to the public and to make it accepted with joy.

Davide starts by creating his own design company "eyenvision.london"  specializing in creative design for the industries of Hospitality, Financial Services, Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Workplace, Health and Wellness.

Then he contributes to the foundation of a larger company with international partners "Arora Design Consultancy" which lead him to work a little around the world and in particular in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Greece, Honk Kong.

Among other things, fate plays a strange joke on him whereby in London he finds love with an Italian woman from a town a few kilometers from his Italian home. And this is incredible!

Let's go back to Davide del Prete and the Beyond London studio  with which he collaborates today to design the regeneration of peripheral areas of the great metropolis such as the Bordon Prince Philip Park area.

During the pandemic London appeared claustrophobic, so Davide remembers his grandmother's house in Settefrati that he had started to rearrange and decides to move to the countryside for a few months.

He is a digital nomad who has chosen to spend part of his time in Italy and part in London trying to get the best of both worlds.

And this is how the energetic mayor Riccardo Frattaroli of Settefrati introduced him to the group that was involved in the regeneration project of the beautiful village.

From the beginning, his dual Italian and English culture and his profession led him to imagine how to present Settefrati's idea of regeneration to young descendants to invite them to spend time in Val di Comino.

He and his partner Amelia Anna Marrocco created the claim Felicita Back Home and studied a graphic presentation that could then be declined in the various design proposals.

But Davide will also be one of the tutors of the young descendants who will come to work in Settefrati for three months, and in particular his role is to support the creation of a Business Plan for the regeneration of the houses in the historic center.

And after all, the beauty of this proposal is also having met young people like Davide and Amelia who have been professionally shaped by their lives abroad but who still dream of helping our country to grow.

Then enjoy a return to your country of origin, or come to Settefrati with Felicita back Home.

PS: Felicita is the mother of the seven brothers who give the town its name.
