13 April: Interview with Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio for Madre Terra Daily

An alternative Easter Monday between two #
#IoMangioItaliano and #IlFuturoNelleNostreRadici

Our president Claudia Bettiol was interviewed by Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, President of the Univerde Foundation, in an episode of hi web program, Madre Terra Daily, to talk about the future and forecasts for a post-Coronavirus Italy.

We will start from our roots by eating Italian and traveling Italian, this is the summary of the interview and Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio also launched #IoViaggioItaliano (#ITravelItalian), in the spirit of the Opera 2030 network program, a promotional channel to spread positive values and a sense of civic, green and sustainable activism.

We talked about Discoverplaces, about our mission that began with the hashtag #ilfuturonellenostreradici (#TheFutureInOurRoots) which combines itself in harmony with the initiatives carried out by the President of the Univerde Foundation: I travel Italian.

A journey, for now a digital one, but we can't wait to help our territories and our small entrepreneurs to grow and recover from these months of standstill.

A precious opportunity also for those who want to get closer to their forgotten or set aside roots, who now want to share with us and the whole world their special stories and tales.

During the live broadcast, we had the pleasure of telling the story of the town of Controne, as we've been doing in the radio broadcast "Amico Comune", a town for which we also wrote the story and an article on its native bean.

We thank Alfonso for giving us this space, a first of many appointments and projects that we hope to share with him and his team!
