Truffles and chestnuts
Truffles and chestnuts

Agosta. Truffles and chestnuts

A dinner in the village of Agosta to celebrate in a convivial way the products of autumn: truffles and chestnuts.

A way to discover the hidden beauties of the small villages of the Aniene valley and to taste traditional products.

The menu does not lack the traditional homemade pasta that in these areas is represented by strozzapreti. A pasta made with water and flour whose name is linked to the rivalry between men and the prelates.

Strozzapreti with truffles and potato gnocchi with castrated sauce are the emblem of these mountains.
