Casaprota. Bruschetta Festival

The bruschetta festival brings out the best in the precious Casaprota extra virgin olive and is served for free for the tasting.

Made strictly with artisan bread, the bruschetta slices of bread are "passed" on embers and sprinkled with fresh olive oil 'crudo'.

It is a great starter for a basic menu of local dishes such as the famous Amatriciana Spaghetti and sausages on the grill.
