Fondi. Bruschetta Festival

Fondi. Bruschetta Festival

A weekend dedicated to one of the symbols of the summer: the bruschetta. In Fondi the real party is however dedicated to the oil with which it is seasoned the bruschetta that must strictly be of Itrana olive, also called Oliva di Gaeta, cold-pressed with olives that have not reached full maturity.

Fondi is in fact famous for its olive groves and the taste of its extra virgin olive oil.

A visit to the ancient village and a side dish of music makes the days exciting.
