In September in Cerreto Laziale is the celebration of the 'pizzarelle', a traditional homemade pasta made with wheat and corn flour.
The pasta is then seasoned with a simple tomato sauce with garlic, oil, and chilli.
The pasta is then accompanied by tasting of Cerreto wine and in the square there is a public 'cotta' of craft beer.
During the day there are exhibitions and guided tours of the village and its surroundings.
