Vejano. Feast of flavors and festival of Truffle and Ceciarello

A weekend in Vejano to discover the flavors of Tuscia and in particular the ceciarello and the truffle.

The ceciarello is a handmade short pasta in Vejano that takes its name from the particular shape of a small chickpea. It is a typical product recognized by the Lazio Region.

It is made only with water, flour and salt and is used to accompany bean soups.
