Greccio. Festival of the Franciscan first course

The Franciscan first course festival takes place in Greccio to pay homage to the typical local cuisine.

Traditional dishes include 'Saccottini with heart of Orange', 'gnocchi with truffles' and ‘fraticelli al sapore di bosco'.

Unique recipes are made with raw materials of many centuries ago in the Festival which takes place the first week of December.
