Tolfa. Festival of the pig

The sagra del Suino – festival of the pig of Tolfa is organized by the Sughera district and is a weekend based on food and wine tasting, music and shows.

The ‘queen’ of the menu is pork, which can be tasted in superb hilly country cured cuts such as loin, salami and ham.

The tasting sessions continue with pasta seasoned with pork sauce and the famous roast pork Tolfa.

The menu ends with sweet donuts made according to ancient Tolfetan tradition.
