For over half a century, Arsoli has dedicated two days to Fagiolina Arsolana, a typical excellence of these territories and Slow Food Presidium.
The cultivation of the bean will be debated with experts who will explain what to do and cooks who will tell how to enhance it and present it to the public.
You can taste the traditional farm recipes such as ciciarchiole, sagne and fagiolina, sausages, casaricciu bread and dry desserts. All strictly accompanied by local wine.
An opportunity to take a guided tour of the village, the museum of Musical Traditions and the Documentation Center of the Arts and Traditions of Arsoli.
