A weekend in Fabrica Di Roma dedicated to a legume appreciated by experts since 1800: Festival of Meat Bean (Fagiolo Carne).

Legumes have represented for many centuries one of the main foods that fed the populations but those of Fabrica di Roma have some characteristics that make them unique.

A bean slightly smaller than the others, brown in color with reddish streaks and is particularly rich in proteins, vitamins, starches, fiber, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

Obviously the whole menu is strictly based on beans: from appetizers to pasta and soups to get to the side dish with the inevitable sausage.
