Poggio Bustone. Porchetta Festival

In October, in Poggio Bustone there is the Festival of Porchetta, a boneless pork, seasoned and roasted whole in the oven.

A legend traces this dish to a journey to the East of a certain butcher called Moretto. During the festivities, the 'porchettari' (porchetta cookers) are compared in a culinary competition.
