In Festival of Sagne alla Molinara in Cittaducale, all the housewives of the country take part in creating a very special pasta format.

The classic dough made of water, flour and salt is not spread by hand making the pieces of dough twirl in the air.

The festival is an opportunity to see these 'kitchen artists' work and taste the typical dish of the millers.

In fact, the name of Sagne alla Molinara takes its name from those who worked at the mill (or many).

The tomato sauce or meat sauce with local mountain pecorino cheese completes the pasta dish.

Live music and visits to the village complete the pleasure of the palate.
