In the area of Villa Adriana in Tivoli, the Roman october is celebrated with Sagra della Pittula co lu Stennarellu or Festival of Pittula Pasta.

A weekend dedicated to homemade pasta, the egg fettuccine kneaded by hand and spread with a rolling pin.

Perhaps the most famous Italian dish and certainly one of the symbols of Rome.

The festival is an opportunity to spend moments of leisure and sport. I

n the food stands there will be live demonstrations of pasta and ricotta preparation while the Roman music and the stornellators will vibrate the atmosphere of the evening and Sunday lunch.
