In Ciciliano, a weekend of celebration in honour of Sagne cogliu Peco (sagne with local sauce), a handmade pasta seasoned with sheep's sauce.
The sagna is made with water, flour and salt and has the particularity to absorb very well the sauces.
The sheep comes from local farms and tastings continue with sheep's meat cooked in various ways.
The festival is accompanied by live music and local wine: Cesanese red or Ottonese white.
