Sagra Sagne e Fagioli di Settefrati is a way of celebrating one of the symbolic dishes of Ciociaria.

Sagne and beans is a recipe that combines hand-made pasta with water and flour and legumes grown in the Comino Valley.

Instead of beans you can also use chickpeas or broccoli, without sauce.
