A day dedicated to the wines of Tuscia in the Monte Rufeno Reserve in Acquapendente. The idea is to honour the history of this beautiful village on the border between Lazio and Tuscany inspired by the story of Emperor Barbarossa.
In 1166 Acquapendente, tyrannized by the lieutenant of Federico Barbarossa, rebelled against the power imposed to regain its freedom, destroying the castle that was symbol of imperial power.
The day includes tasting tables, show cooking, tastings guided by a sommelier and cooking class conducted by the Chef Stellata Iside De Cesare de La Parolina of Trevinano.
