Pangiallo is a sweet with ancient origins dating back to Imperial Rome.

It prepared during the winter solstice as a good omen for the return of the sun that inspired the shape of this sweet.

For its preparation use honey, orange peel and lemon, raisins, dried fruit, candied fruit and chopped chocolate.
