Colle San Magno. Frionza Soup

The traditional cuisine of Colle San Magno was ‘poor’ but tasty. It has many traits common to the whole Ciociaria Region. Frionza is a soup of bread and vegetables and it was eaten with fresh raw chives.

The Frionza ingredients change depending on the season and the availability of vegetables from the fields.
