Sabina Olive Oil is protected designation of oil origin (PDO - Protected Designation of Origin) and it is produced also in Magliano Sabina which is part of the Roman Sabina region.
The oil has high digestibility, with vitamins D, E, K, slight acidity and, above all, very light.
The taste is unmistakable and it was appreciated by the Romans who spoke of it in many works and writings.
