The magic of Together for Willy returns, with Donna Vittori in the front row.

Willy's brutal death in the square in Colleferro at the hands of boys without values ​​has scarred our community, but the echo has spread throughout the country.

This winter, a film based on this story was released, and President Mattarella came to Colleferro to commemorate the anniversary of his death.

But nothing has the same poetry as what is now being organized for the third time by former students of the Fiuggi Hotel Management Institute, as well as from other schools.

Willy had attended this institute and his dream was to become a chef. So, his former classmates organized a lunch in his honor, where the students, who have now become important chefs (some working in Michelin-starred restaurants), cook with the students from the school and, for a day, bring them closer to their dreams.

The lunch features local producers, and the menu is designed around their products. We're happy to have contributed to providing these young people with memories and honoring Willy and his family.

All this is thanks to the sensitivity of Samuele Chelucci and his friends, who have never accepted not only violence, but the labeling of our entire community with the thugs who create violence.

Ours is a wonderful area between the province of Rome and Ciociaria, and ours is a community of people from many parts of Italy and the world. But it's a community proud of its near and far roots and of sharing life in this corner of the world.

But let's get back to the lunch and our small contribution from Donna Vittori Borgo Agricolo. After Fiuggi and Velletri, this year's lunch was held at the hotel school in Palombara Sabina, and the welcome was impeccable.

After the amazing gelato made with our olive oil, this year we brought a touch of fusion cuisine with our Za'tar, a Lebanese blend of thyme-based spices, broccoli pâté, and lemon marmalade. These were used to create a minestrone soup with surprising flavors and unique aromas.

And to accompany the entire meal, excellent wines from all over Ciociaria were selected, and our Clea Lazio IGT was in good company, along with DS Bio, Palazzo Tronconi, and L'Avventura.

Thanks to Samuele and all his friends for the wonderful evening and for reminding us that there are so many beautiful people in the world.
