Tourism video pills - part 32

Starting over from the places we love.

Today we visit Canino, a small town in the Province of Viterbo, to take a delightful journey amidst the flavourful treats of the local cuisine.

Canino has a wealth of history that it has been our pleasure to explore on a number of occasions, in the company of the town’s mayor, Lina Novelli.

Particularly impressive is the story of Canino’s delicious “Mangiatutto” (“Eat-it-all”) asparagus, as told by our very own Chiara Rossi.

Along with fine olive oil, a rich heritage of recipes revolves around this versatile, highly prized vegetable, all of which can be discovered at “Da Isolina”, a local restaurant that we hope to return to as soon as possible!
