The towns people of Olevano Romano and members of local Business Networks attended the conference, aimed at teaching local businesses, emerging and already established, to use these business networks to attract tourism.

It was a fruitful meeting full of great ideas and young entepreneurs passionate about their jobs and cultural heritage.

Some kids didn't start school straight away!

We'll have the pleasure, as discoverplaces.travel, to take in for the next two weeks, 5 students from the I.I.S.P. Via Pedemontana , a tourism oriented school.

We'll show them the ropes, show them what we do on a daily basis for tourism promotion and put them to the test.

Before going to Terracina for the  Strategic tourism plan meeting, on the 7th of January the Team decided to stop in Gaeta to marvel at the yearly "Lights of Gaeta" show that brings so many tourists and curious people in each year.

Dozens of sculptures, from gorillas to christmas trees are displayed all over the town.

Gaeta's resourcefullness and creativity shows that any seaside town can come to life beautifully, even in winter.

The 12th of January at 12:20 PM the radio show “Viaggiare in Italia” will air a special episode dedicated to the town of Sgurgola, the stunning town will be narrated by Chiara Rossi. The show is hosted by Pietro Scipioni and Francesca di Giorgio.

Our founders participated on the 7th of January to a torism strategy meeting in the town of Terracina.

The goal of the meeting's organizers will be to map out a comlete picture of the current situation regarding the Italian tourism industry, and come up with and effective strategy for the years to come. The meeting will be attended by all the professional figures part of tourism industry in the province of Latina and beyond.
