The beginning of the academic year of the first degree course in Motor Science with Equestrian Sport was inaugurated in the indoor riding school of the Vivaro Equestrian Center. The course stems from the collaboration of the University of Foro Italico with FISE - Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports.

Also present were the mayors of Rocca Priora, which hosts students in its sports facilities, and the delegate mayor of Rocca di Papa, owner of the equestrian center area.

At the end of the inauguration, we were called to present the next exhibition 'Freedom and the horse' which the Horse Museum Foundation (www.horsemuseumfoundation.org) will inaugurate in late December in the municipality of Rocca Priora and which will be accompanied by the exhibition catalog in three languages: Italian, English and Chinese.

A nice interview with the great Albano Carrisi to ask about his love for Cellino San Marco and for Apulia. A meeting made favored by dr. Fausto D’Agostino. Fausto is from Cellino San Marco and he too deeply loves his country to the point of having called us to prepare the Cellino San Marco Guide.

Albano told us how it all started from Romina Power who managed to see what others could not see in years when she ran away from the south and the countryside to look for the frenetic life of cities and industrial centers.

One of the most beautiful and exciting meetings of recent times, this was the work session led by Josep Ejarque within the preparation tables of the new 2019-2025 Rome Tourism Plan.

The appointments of the training workshops on social communication of Amico del Turista - Friend of Tourist continue. We arrived in Tarquinia and prepared a surprise for all the participants.

Tarquinia is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy and known worldwide for the Etruscan necropolis of Monterozzi which has been included in the UNESCO heritage list. For this reason many tourists visit it every year coming from all over the world.

It is obvious that typical products and traditional dishes are very important to push the tourist to stay at least one night and enjoy the medieval Tarquinia but also of its beautiful coast.

And if today more and more tourists come from China, you need to know how to build bridges with them and how to reach them using their social networks. We then created a pill called 'Chinese Tourist Friend' dedicated to the way Chinese communicate and to their web and social systems.

In addition to the talented Stefano Venditti and Mary Benedicta Lee, the Chinese pill was told by Marzia Imperato who also told anecdotes of her stay in China.

In a packed room, after the seminars of Stefano Venditti and Benedicta Mary Lee, each producer had an interview from Extra TV, partner of the laboratories, after the training intervention by Iolanda Russo. Many producers and administrators from Cottanello and Configni attended the event.

In the tasting the excellences of Sabina and in particular of Cottanello, Configni and Magliano Sabina were presented by extra virgin olive oil, wine growers, cheese producers, honey producers, ovens and beef breeders.
